The Embassy of Georgia to Ireland hosted a reception to welcome the Tumanishvili Film Actors Theatre

On October 15, 2026, as part of the Eugene O'Neill International Festival of Theatre in New Ross, the Embassy of Georgia to Ireland hosted a reception aboard the historic Dunbrody Ship to welcome the Tumanishvili Film Actors Theatre.

 

During the visit, the Ambassador met with officials at New Ross Town Hall to discuss strengthening cultural, tourism and economic ties.

 

As a highlight of the festival, the Tumanishvili Theatre presented Eugene O’Neill’s masterpiece, Long Day’s Journey into Night.
