Ambassador’s Welcome Speech

It is an honour to serve as the Ambassador of Georgia to Ireland and to contribute to the continued development of relations between our two countries, that have been recognized by mutual respect, constructive dialogue and cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats.

This year marks 30th Anniversary of Diplomatic relations between Georgia and Ireland and I am delighted to take part in further strengthening friendly relations between Georgia and Ireland.

Ireland has been a valued partner of Georgia. Georgia, in turn, remains committed to deepening cooperation with Ireland across political, economic, cultural and people-to-people dimensions.

The Embassy of Georgia in Ireland is dedicated to further strengthening bilateral ties, expanding dialogue between our governments and societies and promoting cooperation based on shared interests and common values. I am confident that, through continued engagement and partnership, relations between Georgia and Ireland will continue to grow to the benefit of both nations.
